Today, we are going to share our overall monthly report( October 14 to November 15). The month was best one for us because of your support.
First, I apologize for any unconscious mistakes in the post and please contact me for more information and also correct me if you find mistakes in the report. Here is last month report. Please note that, the given report does not represent overall school revenue and expense but the overall revenue and expenses we made from steemit crowdfunding.

Last Month We received around 542.961 Liquid SBD and 93.057 SP From Steemit for Child Education
The SP includes post rewards and all upvotes rewards and every single actions we did from our school accounts last month.
How Steemit Helping @SchoolForSDG4
School For SDG4 is a charity school run by Mohammed Abdul Aziz since 20 April, 2016. The main objective of the school is to facilitate local underprivileged children and provide better education. Children from slums and lower income families have limited to access better schools.
We are fundraising with different purposes and your support allows us to get rewards from Steemit Blockchain. Let's see our detailed revenue and expenses report.
Weekly Fruits and snacks program
This month we had three campaigns payouts that we successfully completed with your great support. One of the post is in pending so we will add the payout as next months revenue.
We received revenue of around $39.86 SBD in terms of post rewards and direct donations. Thank you very much @tecnosgirl for your support. Also donors who upvoted the campaigns from their kind hearts. In the last report, we had $ 49.09 in hand. So I added it in this month report. We also received 20 Beyondbitcoin worth around $ 5 from @arie.steem . And I used it for the fruit crowdfunding post, so I didn't add it as promotional cost.
The cost of the month for fruits program was $ 36.69 considering $1 = 80 Bangladeshi Taka. It seems we need around $40 for fruits program ? Yes. you are right. The excess fund will be added next month. But it is really a complex task for me to measure value when SBD price goes up and down. So we decided to wait for around $1 or few over and sell them in market.
School activities fund
Though, we follow low cost high effective method but still we need many unavoidable expenses like teachers salaries, education materials, school rents and many others. As steemit is alone not generating enough for all the expenses we need to make, so we use funds from other non-steemian donors and my @Azizbd personal source of income.
Total donation for the last month was around $160.67 SBD excluding transaction costs. Last month, we supposed to power down -$ 52.19 + (8 transaction cost) SP because of lack of fund we received to meet expenses. So we need to minus ( $160.67 - $60.19) = $ 100.48 SBD .
As the cost of the operation goes higher than revenue we receive. So, we would like to add some cost that we think will be more helpful.
The cost we made $157.68 with keeping in mid that we will expense it from steemit crowdfunding. Also we should add 10 SBD sent by tecosgirl for al-amin's family. We will add the 10 SBD = (110.48 SBD - 7 SBD) - $157.68 = Around -54.2 SBD will be deducted from next month revenue.
We also helped a family with some amount of fund last month a children "Al-Amin" don't stop his education instead to go market for work.
I am with Al-amin's mother during donation delivery to her hand. She received around $ 20 this month of behalf of @SchoolForSDG4
School New Laptop Campaign
We are working to provide quality education to underprivileged children in Bangladesh. Since 20 April, 2016 we were working with a old laptop to introduce them about technology, e-education and many other things. They loves to watch cartoon stories. So, we decided to crowdfund for second hand laptop when @tecnosgirl responded to brought the idea to crowdfund.
Then we decided to crowdfund and we have received great support from you all. The post from @lindahas and @SchoolForSDG4 generated some more direct donations too.

As we fund raised Around $128 from local donor, so it total budget was around $457.15. But as the price of the laptop was around $531.25 = 42,500 Bangladeshi Taka. So I have added some around = ( $ 531.25- 457.15 )= Around $74 fund from my personal sources. Now we need modem for internet and speaker and mic for class setup and we will do it as soon as possible if when we will have enough fund.
We are so happy that at last we have done it. We are so sorry if anything we can't clear from our above statements. You will see some funds was before transaction cost. As we already withdrawn $509.17 SBD and rest $ 33.791 remained withing steemit account. After last transaction cost for 509.17 SBD was around $ 20 dollars to receive final amount after dollar conversion fee and bank transfer fee.
