The problems that exist must be faced by the participants with quality decision making.confidence, ability to lead the group, independence and ability to nurture from the participants will be explored and studied as a provision in their leadership in everyday life.

3.Outbound Training & Sightseeing This training will mostly use the outdoors as the media.the participants will learn all the material from the activities or games that will be held in the open.this program will be done with 70% composition in the open and 30% of group discussions as a supporter of each activity.

4.Fun Game Fun Game is a game that emphasizes the elements of coordination, concentration and togetherness.
