Join the Learn & Earn Initiative

Hello, fellow bloggers!

It has been quite a few weeks that I follow this initiative of @matkodurko:

And it occurred to me I should share this at least once with you so that maybe more would join and support it. Untill now I have been participating with just comments and I probably will continue that way in the future, but now, this week, here's my invitation to you all.

Can we make it bigger?

Maybe. It will naturally evolve, I believe, but no harm pushing from time to time, right?

Here's how it works - anybody who would share what they learned during the last week would join the bounty hunt for knowledge and get part of that bounty.

• You may just type three random things to qualify for the lower tier;

• You may post a comment with things you learned Monday through Friday, 5 days of the week, to join the middle tier;

• You may make a post of your own to join the upper tier.

And if you take time to read what others learned you accumulate quite a lot of info yourself!

That previous week of mine:

• Monday - I learned I needed to check my old hard drives again since so many photos that were worth showing have been covered with dust. Like a wonderful and curious donkey I never showed my respect to previous to that. Also, Instagram filters sometimes butchered quality but... too late for that;

• Tuesday - I thought fiction writing in English would be easier than in my own language, Bulgarian, since I read most of my fiction in English and my flow would benefit from that... Well, not entirely. Sometimes maybe, but there were words that would give me pause or wouldn't translate well... I think it's true for both cases. And, of course, I do need more corrective work on my English stuff;

• Wednesday - Our Sofia photo club plans have changed a bit and our future projects will be rescheduled, adapted, etc. But things will still come out better, I believe;

• Thursday - Sometimes one regrets not being brave enough to invest in what intuition and logic suggest. New changes in Steemmonsters and new cards appearing, changing the meta And the market. And I would make a few tests that would prove successful but then it would be too late to capitalize on that. Since more risk would have worked better. I may have already made a comment about that in an article ;)

• Friday - I realized I was falling for a trap with my shooting style, thinking too much newbie stock photography. I mean taking photos of stuff I would normally consider boring. And probably others would, too. Not being true to myself because of misconceptions. Good thing I caught me. But the drama continues. Definitely something to write about later.
