Wake Up Time SERIES - Article #1 : Real Education Vs Fake Education
Don't read this if you aren't ready to go down the rabbit hole !
We need to stop pretending that there's nothing wrong in this world. Some people want to keep us ignorant. They are doing this through different tactics of manipulation and control, because this serves their best interests. Unfortunately they are doing this for generations, "educating" us. It will take generations to recover from this damages, but everyone should do their part and at least try to bring value to the next generations, so at one point in time people will truly leave a life full of freedom, with real education, spiritual and technological advancement.
Everyone talks about changing the world and some want to do it aggressively. Protests have a low percentage of success, I wonder why? Because it's like begging for your rights. Would a raper stop if you beg him to stop? Of course not, your fear will arouse him even more or he will not care. Violence has an even lower chance of success. Considering how well trained and equipped the troops are, compared to the average individual, that has little to no experience in combat, we can assume that the chance of success is close to 0. Still I am not saying that protests don't help, but I think educating further generations in advance about how the system really works is the key and has a higher chance of success. And this is how it goes :
Divide and Conquer
The art of manipulation of divide and conquer who was attributed to Philip II of Macedon, still works even in the century of speed. It seems we have not learned to many things from our past as a human species. Even tough we are advancing technologically at an amazing speed, we regress emotionally at an alarming speed. A few examples : hate between races, hate between friends for all kind of reasons like money, gossip on all kinds of stupid reasons, boss hate. And the list can go on... you have even been conditioned to hate yourself.
We have been conditioned starting from a fresh age, exactly for the purpose of divide and conquer.
What should we do about it?
Every individual has the power to change something. No matter how small that thing that he or she does, it can grow like a seed until it brings people back together. I hope all of us will leave something of value behind, not only on the block chain, but also in real life.

to get an idea of the perfect personal conduct for our coward society.
Politics, Religion and all that stuff have a hard time making money here.
Will read if I manage to get some spare time. Heard about the book in the movie "Se7en", being one of my favourite movie. Even tough the role that Kevin Spacey played was the role of the bad guy, he made some valid points about society, but in my opinion he choose a bad way to express the idea. Politics, Religion articles have a hard time earning money almost everywhere. If a single person chooses to see things differently after reading some my of my articles on this series, my goal is accomplished. All extra is bonus. Glad to see you are woke also.

There are many posibilities and many quotes to solve the problem.
"Be yourself the change you want for this world. " by Mahatma Gandhi or "Education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world" by Nelson Mandela.
A single man has the power to change the world, it just depends on his willpower. Look at the blockchain. It has the power to change everything and it was the idea of one man. One simple man against them all.
The topic you are talking about is really interesting and will bring a lot of big discussions withit. There are to many "dumb" people just watching TV, doing shitty jobs, drinking and soaking all the manipulation that exists into their brains. Education could do so much against our problems at this world but many people just do not care.

Glad to see you are woke. The mind is the ultimate weapon and words can either break or make . It is not they do not care about education, they think they have it already, but that education is a limited form of education which teaches you a lot of good things and also a lot of bad ones. Also "education" omits to teach how the world works in reality.

I'm very conservative time wise when it comes to this, but I hope you are right. If we look at how easy is to access information nowadays, it can happen faster. But the problem in this matter is from what sources you get your information, because there is false and true information, so if people will develop a filter mechanism for bullshit, then it will happen much faster.
Hopefully, the bullshit filter will be a community, like on steemit.
Maybe utopian.io will fulfill this role :)

cryptocurrency = technology and money ; It is a part of education, it can teach you financial education and using the technology to make people's life easier. Financial education is a very important thing that is not taught in your society and in many schools, especially in our country. Money being a very important aspect of reality in the society, I wonder why we don't have classes about this in school... Unfortunately, it is very easy to kindle a war with the help of propaganda and lies, what is now happening between Russia and Ukraine! What is happening now is a great tragedy. When people stop thinking of ideas imposed by them and will treat all people equally, and first of all, the highest value is human life!
When? When people will see through the smoke and mirrors... When people will choose leaders that can empower them instead of controlling them.
