Very useful article!! My memory sucks.. It always did.. Especially with numbers and telephones- I can only remember mine! I will try the above in order to improve it a bit :)

    I know my cell phone number and 2 other numbers that i sometimes mix up, one is my home number and the other is the number from my childhood friend which i haven't talked to in years, i'm always afraid that i try to call home and i end up calling to my childhood friend's house :P
