This is all really excellent information - thank you. We have some keto dishes that we eat but I do enjoy carbs. I think we'll try a bit harder having read this.
It totally made sense to me to become fat adapted and burn fat for your energy, especially since we live in the colder part of the country where it takes extra fuel to keep warm.
We're really enjoying our diet and give it little tweeks here and there. Really it has simplified things for us.
