Thank you @eco-alex! It’s really quite amazing to consider. There are beliefs that consciousness exists as “one.” It will simply “be” always and at all times. There is no beginning and no end. Time is an illusion when we really seek to understand it. What I’m working on more each day is stepping back to observe my thoughts, desires, fears, and stresses. When you look at it - you are consciousness...observing “mind.” Mind is the physical and temporary vessel for consciousness to experience physical life. It’s profound and exciting when you can step back and view it in this way.
