Yea I’ve heard it before, more choices make people unhappier. For exactly the reason stated above. If you only have 3 choices, you probably know out of the 3 which one you like the best and what you don’t like. If you have 10 choices you might pick something new. Maybe you won’t be that thrilled because you think maybe you should have tried a different one. Making you have regret, even though you don’t really know.

Less choice seems to be better, but I also like the idea of trying new things and how do we make things better in life with no choice.
