This is due to the fact that training accelerates the excretion of water. Trying to keep the result achieved by refusing water is completely unnecessary, because The remaining fats in the body will be processed more slowly. That is, in fact, a lack of water will slow the process of losing weight. Even if you do not feel thirsty during training, you should still drink water every 20 minutes.

How much is enough?

How many it is necessary to drink water, so that its quantity would be optimal? First, one must take into account that water enters the body not only in its pure form, but also in food, including "dry" foods, such as cereals and bread. Some more water is produced in the body by itself, as a result of chemical reactions, about 3%.

Almost at the same moment, as water enters the body, it is removed from it. Due to breathing, sweating and urination the body loses about 2.5 liters of fluid per day. With an increase in air temperature, these figures can approach 4-5 liters of water loss per day. That's why, on average, you need to drink about 2 liters of water per day, about 0.5 liters will go into the body with food. Nevertheless, do not forget that if you are engaged in manual labor or exercise, then you will need more water. It is desirable to drink plain water. Frequent water consumption with an additional amount of minerals and salts can damage your body.

To drink and lose weight?

This is also possible. To successfully deal with excess weight, increase the daily rate of water consumption to 2-2.5 liters. It is not necessary at one time to adjust to a greater consumption of water, you can do it gradually.
