What a great post @zen-art, if only all children are taught meditation from a young age, the world would be a much much better place! Mine are grown up and fled the nest a long time ago...if only I had started meditation years ago, I would have taught my children and this would have helped them tremendously! I wish it could be taught in our schools!
I wish that too, there is no meditation in schools in my country but there is in some countries in the world and I hope there will be everywhere one day 💚
