RE: Fish, An Education and the Unseen Tragedy of Monsoonal Flood
Dear friend @artemislives We are sorry for your friend.
Nature is unpredictable and no matter how much you plan something, nature does its work and many times it is not as you want, she thought to give you a gift and is sad for that, but we are sure she lost much more, but her feelings are good and she thought of you because you helped her.
We hope there are no more victims of climate change and we can be aware of helping the needy just in these conditions.
There will be so many "victims" of climate change that we will be unable to count them. My worker is NOT a "victim of climate change" though - she is a victim of her neighbour's stupid use of dangerous agricultural chemicals.
There's no actual evidence that climate change is caused by chemicals and environmental damage. That we are devastating the enviroment is without question. That there is drastic climate change is without question. That we need to STOP one and adapt to the other is without question. THAT ONE IS CAUSAL OF THE OTHER is not proven, and only assumed. Does it matter? Not really. :) But I hate sloppy thinking and I see it all around me in this climate-environmental debate. :) I intensely dislike the use of the word "victim". Perhaps Mother Earth is not a victim at all, and just merely shedding herself of the toxic parasite that is humanity. Not unlike us terrible sick with a cold but perfectly fine next week. Just Her time scales are vastly different. :)
Dear @artemislives I love reading and learning from you, here in my country we need to understand many things, here things are either good or bad, I feel that there is no culture of environment or real ecology, this subject is a deep, intense subject that we just try to understand, I love that you help us with your appreciation, is really valuable to us. Thank you again.
