that really does sound like a nice vision... just being is something most of us have a hard time doing. And the off grid thing really interests me as well, I would like an earthship but do not know if they would go for something like that here in traditional Switzerland
I did actually have another sentence that said just that - just being is actually quite challenging, but cut it out for some reason!
Earth ships would work well anywhere in Europe I think, it's just a matter of whether planning regs let you build them!
