It's great,though, that information about dealing with feelings are available on the web and books. Emotional regulation methods are now also getting taught in a lot of schools and companies.

A lot of the stigma associated with depression and other mental illness has diminished over the years, as society's understanding increases. I think the online resources helps individuals and those that care about them become informed of their options.
