However, our own organism can not synthesize vitamins. He should receive them in ready form together with food. Moreover, the body can not store water-soluble vitamins for future use - they must be supplied with food every day in the right amount. Fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E and K are stored in fatty tissues.

Doing sports, fitness increase the need for vitamins a half times. The fact that you do not have enough vitamins, can say some symptoms. Therefore, for all those involved in fitness, it is important to take vitamin and mineral supplements on a daily basis. Otherwise, after several years of fitness training, there will be signs of a chronic shortage of minerals and vitamins with all the undesirable consequences. The body will be too often sick, and the skin and hair will get unhealthy appearance. You will be surprised - I lead an active and healthy lifestyle, but I look and feel worse than those who do not do anything.
