Finding that part of yourself that is untouched by anything or anybody external means it IS possible to be happy always. You might enjoy to check out @freedomtribe - they encourage people celebrating and using the #happiness tag. And also @naturalmedicine community has a Mindfulness channel encouraging happiness from mindful connection through meditation. Nice thoughts - than you for using the #ecotrain tag.
