RE: Nestle and Coca Cola: Privatization of the largest underground water supply

in #economics7 years ago

This is not good at all.

Did you know there's a guy in the Nestle family. I am not sure of his exact position but he believes that Water is not a basic resource and it shouldn't be free.

Privatizing Water Resources, doesn't sound like a good idea. You control the Water, you control the world is the new slogan. I hope it works out well for you guys.

Sort:

if water is not a basic resource, than I would put himself on a test to live without water. Well, I have many clean underground water here around in case this happens. Our grand grand parents even had lot of nature wells here around. I still have one near my house. but I know that everyone ain't gonna be so lucky if that happens

Yeah you do have natural wells around yourself but keep in mind that those guys drill the water resources so hard that you won't have enough around you or in those underground resources may run out of water as predicted by the scientists.

for every problem there is always a solution. If that really happens all over the world, every household can buy its watertower + water cleaner. Today, they exist only in rural places in africa. https://www.wired.com/2015/01/architecture-and-vision-warkawater/
