Is the hydrogen continously supplied to the reactor or is it "sealed" when the desired hydrogen pressure is reached, so that no new hydrogen can enter the reaction vessel?

No continuos supply. Hydrogen evolves from Titanium Hydride powder in the fuel mix and there may be some in the elements ad/absorbed as part of the cavitation processing. no new hydrogen can get in in this reactors current design.
