Vision Zero is nowhere in sight
You may be thinking yes no helmet big deal.
What I didn't manage to get on camera is this person actually was on the sidewalk going against the direction of traffic then went crossed in front of me on the red light. Then of course he went on using the sidewalk past the intersection.
Let see how many law may have been broken here...

or - not 16 and riding ebike $??
City of Toronto did any tax dollar actually went to educate and enforce??
Personally I think a 120 kg bike plus rider so say around 200kg going at 32km/h on a sidewalk is very scary for pedestrians. The law which require age 16+ to ride ebike and age 14+ stay off the sidewalk, so where is the traffic cop when one is needed?
