HOW TO GAIN WEIGHT AND MUSCLES FOR HARDGAINERS. TIPS!!! + EATING HABIT

   Most people ask how to lose weight.There is uncountable amount of web sites,articles,books,blogs,vlogs and many different surces of information in which they ask for a special diet and training plans but why no one thinks of people who want to put on weight and gain some muscles?!

    There is a lot of people who would want to gain weight,they are underweight, skinny,they feel weak and bad in their own skin/body or simply they want to get bigger because they train and muscle mass is important to them.I reckon they have the same if not a bigger problem than people who want to lose weight/fat.what do you think?

    Lets start from the most important things that person who want to put on weight should know...there is one simple tip and without following it you will not reach your target!!!


  • If you cannot gain any weight or muscle it means :

YOU DO NOT EAT ENOUGH !!!

You say ...I do,I do !  but still can't ...

                 or                        

I eat so much.........I cannot eat any more

NO!!! YOU simply DO NOT EAT AS MUCH AS YOU SHOULD 

If you cannot eat any more you need to force yourself.People do not understand it and they think they eat so much and it should work ...its true but they need to eat enough ..so if you eat and eat and your weight is still the same then you need to eat more ,if still nothing changes you need to eat even more and more until you start seeing your kg's / lb's go up.I know how hard it is l,I know how it is eating a lot of good food and preparing it.It all takes an effort,time and money. Thats why I personally think its very difficult.I went through it and i know.

   Its a long process but it works.Beginers can start from eating what they like but should avoid rubbish food like chips,crisps,sweets,chocolate,ice creams..If you train and go gym avoid bad carbs and bad fat especially.The additional meal can be anything...like sandwich or boiled eggs,salad,even a pint of milk if you are not allergic to lactose....u name it ...there is plenty to choose from.I wouldnt buy or use any supplements yet,like weight gainers and proteins.Why?  First you need to learn how to eat more and make your body get used to more food.

   Someone who only want to put on weight need to eat more its simple as that.If you currently eat 2 meals a day then start from adding one more and do it for a week or two.If you eat 3 meals a day add 4th and keep adding 1 meal every week or so until you have 5-6 a day.Eat every 2-3 hours and what's very important too - drink at least 2l of water per day.Do not give up like some people do and do not chose as some think the easier way - DO NOT USE STEROIDS.

Especially youngsters who want to become big like Hulk Hogan.Even with post cycle therapy you will harm your body!!!!! Remember this!!!And without a proper diet even steroids wont work properly.Eating habit is the most important thing. 

If you can do that and i know YOU CAN because I've done it :),then you can start counting your callories,use supplements and train.If you cannot then you are a

 


So get ready and show who is the boss :).

Sweet man :) People don't realize that they also need the extra energy to make the gainz at the gym aswell. I don't go to the gym and train tkd, I'm competing in -85 so I need to stay in the sauna before stepping on to the scale :D

Peaches and cream (without sugar) is a very high calorie, but fairly healthy food choice. It is also easy to get addicted to. Make sure to use 35% cream.
