Как варить борщ
Эта статья посвящена молодым и начинающим домохозяйкам.
Обычно когда человек хочет научиться готовить, он начинает с самого простого. Сегодня мы поговорим о том как приготовить борщ.
Первым делом кладем в кастрюлю мясо и наливаем воды. Пока мясо варятся нужно почистить и порезать картофель. Когда вода с мясом закипела, кидаем картофель. Далее нужно нарезать капусту и тоже кинуть в кастрюлю и пусть всё это вариться. Теперь нужно нарезать лук и потереть морковь. Налить в сковороду масло и нагреть. Лук с морковью жарим затем добавляем туда где вариться наш борщ. Сразу после этого добавить томат и укроп. Когда он снова будит кипеть пусть пять минут вариться.
Вот в принцип и и всё. Наш борщ готов. Приятного аппетита.
