Any act or exercise require own resources to which a claim of many other actions and tasks. It's our time and attention. Therefore, despite the fact that external forms of exercise is necessary and useful for self-development, it should be noted that internal forms of exercises allow you to practice in all life situations and to draw lessons from the events that 'devouring' of our energy, time and attention earlier.

Of course, we can fight with all that devours our forces and makes our life hard and tedious, but not all such aspects we can be overcome or be rid of them. Not interesting exhausting work may be the sole support to feed a family. Prolonged conflicts between people are exist because something are connect them that they cannot dismiss, to disperse not ruining nerves each other. Not always people have where to go from inadequate neighbors, relatives and bosses. And for children - from parents, teachers and peers. Hard time at the teen also can bring a lot of negative experiences for parents but he does not cease to be their child.

You can find examples not related to the problems of relations in the human anthill, when the fight will give nothing and only will lead to that person will cease to love some part of life. This will inevitably lead to energy depletion because a man will be 'chewing' and 'eating' of negative emotions in all aspects of his life that cause him rejection and irritation. But he could be to turn this part of life in the inner practice, especially since it requires nothing more than will and intention which can oriented of the attention to the implementation of inner exercises distracting him from the hollow feelings or aimless wandering of the inner view.

I propose to recall the previous lesson:

'Inward effort' is the words that are often used in the context of practices of self-development. This concept are meant not only willful direction of energy ('qi', 'ki', 'prana', 'force') to any path but includes work on the creation and retention of internal states. These internal states are the keys that trigger all necessary things for the successful automatic working of the human psychophysiological mechanisms. And the practice for the creation and retention of inward keys is very important part of training.

In this lesson, as an example of inward keys, you can practice 'inward ease' that means a certain inner effort for the 'lifting the energy up'. It's like a feeling of 'inward weightlessness'. You must to create easy flying condition, and hold it, no matter what you do. Just try to find the inner state like to fly up of every cell of the body. But without fanaticism: without turning the inner effort to the inner suffering (this is a safety rule when performing this exercise). Particularly focusing on the retention of this condition in times of conflict and other stressful situations. This 'inward ease' spread throughout the body, 'polarize' it up, lifts up the corners of mouth into a smile... Every movement are light, dancing, flying…

The result is changing your mental state and state of health. This is reflected in the language: 'oppressive feeling' in the case of stress, the 'hard' moments of life, and 'the feeling of lightness" when life is easy and good, etc.

For this exercise you do not need a mat, you can train it at any time. And it is one of the inward keys for the maintaining of inner balance, the increasing vitality, the unlocking the inner energy of the person and the preventing a penetration into the life heavy and crushing aspects of existence. And more: chinese masters of the 'ease qigong' really can keep balance on the stretched paper ribbon, balloons and chicken eggs. And after all, nothing is not necessary for this exercise but the intention. By the way, if you do it while walking, it will greatly facilitate the efforts of, especially when walking uphill.
