4 Dustsweeper Starter Accounts Up For Grabs - No Resteem, No Upvote, No Follow Required

Much has been written regarding the impact of HardFork 20 and the introduction of Resource Credits has had on the ability of newcomers to engage on Steemit and indeed the greater Steem Blockchain.

I won't go into the details, as it's not hard to find plenty of well articulated arguments both for and against the current system, but whether we like it or not, it's here.

So with Steemit rookies limited in their interactions, when they comment or throw us an upvote, we really should appreciate that, as it represents a significant portion of their RCs.
