Stretching your body before and after is very important.
I like stretching because of my health issue, stretching is one of the exercise that I can do:)
Most importantly, it feels good~
In this video, we just stretch in the beginning. Thank you @stepbie for doing this together with me.

You had done in a nicely way, just keep on practising, I believe that you can extend it till 2 minute
