DtubeSnapQ: Concerns towards potential DAPP futuristic plans; doom for some content creators?

Those are very good questions imo.
dApps have become very popular here on steem and it is true that they are dependent on steem in a way that they need delegations to function.
They will always be dependent on steem blockchain because they are built on top of it but they will gain some sort of independence when smt's are released. If a dApp has an smt, it can really fund the operations of the dApp and they won't depend on steem power delegations any further in my opinion.
I think having a set of rules/guidelines will be very good dTube because it will bring out quality content from the vloggers plus there will be an easy way for dTube curators to curate the content as they will have the set of guidelines to follow. I really think that having a set of guidelines will improve the content quality.

When the dapps develops a certain kind of dependability on themselves don't you think they may feel it's time to leave the steem blockchain and go somewhere else?
That's true. With the decreasing steem price, this makes it very hard for dApps to survive. They really need to look for other sources of revenue.

I do however believe that smt's will bring huge stability to these dApps.
I do hope the dapps can survive until the coming of the SMT if you ask me, because it's an increasing worry about the future I see.
I agreed to the point made by you, but I think the DApps based on Etherium can't lower the price. Infact, It increase the usability of a particular blockchain.
In the same way, the release of SMT won't affect the price of Steem. The founders of Steem are too smart:-)

@josediccus, Think in this way, for example you have particular product and that product have market and you've took that product to particular organisation which is ready to help with funding and after that due to any reason you've left that organisation and joined with other organisation, but here it's not mean that Steem Blockchain is in question inturn community came forward and helped Dapps through the Delegations. So who is left, they saw better opportunity outside but there hundreds of Dapps will going to come too. So if we think in Business Point Of View then we can understand.
Whenever i give answer i really try to touch the real base because, we are in an Decentralised Economy and we have to understand What Quality Is? Most of the times when we consider quality in video content Creation, then most of the people talk about the appearance of video, this quality subject cannot be judged because everyone is not having the same resources. So, what we have to exclude from the Dtube and include as Non Quality Category pieces are like, Personal Abuse, Using others content, Title and content mismatch and so on and i think that instead of putting this effort on DTUBE, individually we can stop this category because if we delegate this job to particular team then we are inturn thinking as Centralised Way, and @chesatochi talked about one important point which can improve another point of discussion and that is, some are disappointed because they are not receiving the Dtube Upvotes, where he said we should bring the Points System in Dtube on the basis of Activity and these points can be redeemed for the Dtube upvote. And we are in Decentralised Economy and we can share our thoughts with the team too, so if we want to then we can suggest some frameworks too.
