RE: Could you please please please kindly spend 3 minutes of your valuable TIME to encourage and support others to grow with Dtube ?
I meant to write this comment sooner, but I've been busy. Funny story - yesterday I was listen to Gary V content. I took a break and I opened @partiko app and saw your post. I read your description and saw a link and thought to myself: "I wonder if this is a link to Gary V" and guess what, it was hahahahaha
I do agree with @kenanqhd it will take a bit more time to watch the videos and to comment meaningfully, but I think the overall idea of just encouraging people to talk is on the right path. (this comment took much longer than 3 minutes, but it's meaningful and genuine)
I think even with @dtube being a small community and my short time here you can see their are clearly people that spend more time on here than others. Honestly It's super easy to not interact at all on dtube outside of posting your videos and leaving, especially if you're busy. Even finding the time to leave this comment for me today took all day because I'm so busy creating content (outside of dtube as well) and spending time with wife and kids and all the other priorities of life.
I 100% agree that people should limit the video uploads. I think it's a little much to see 3 or 4+ videos in 24hr span. In most cases all those videos could be in 1 video. People have limited resources to vote with and if you post a lot of videos in a short time you end up milking that resource often. I think if community members focused on making 1 really good video a day vs multiple it would elevate the quality of content on here and bring new users in.
I'll be honest, when I first found Dtube it just looked like a lot of spam and re-uploads and I had to look through a lot of videos to find what I'd call "quality content" but I'm glad I did. Their is potential here, it's just what does the community want to do and are people actually going to make an effort or just pay lip service and continue on.
Hopefully enough people see this
Love the effort and intuitive brother.
Your meaningful comment deserves a video response David!
Thank you for the reply man. I hear ya
I can't believe I said Toronto in the video response! It's Vancouver and my apologies..
Most importantly ...
I realise that when I leave this video response I should provide the complete text version as well because it's more effective to read than watch. Now I'm learning how to include the "Open transcript" from my YT response add the text format.
Super excited for all the new features that we can add to our Dtube as we move forward and come up with new innovation within Dtube!
Thanks again for be part of our DtubeFamily and Have a wonderful week :)
