I found that it would only accept 1 tag. Any more and I got the evil red box!
After it was submitted, I could edit it to use extra tags.

@ligayagardener I have made an update to the original posting as of 01/24/2018 and it is crunched down to just identify how I resolved it and no speculation(s).
