DTube Fitness Journey - EFT Tapping For Awesome Exercise Outcomes!
Greetings Steem Stars
Sam here with some inner game guidance for your fitness success!
Today, I introduce EFT tapping, as part of my fledgling fitness routine.
Tapping is a simple and powerful way to release emotional blocks to success in any area of life.
The beauty of it is that you focus on the negative thoughts, feelings and beliefs that are sabotaging you. This is in direct contrast to most of the positive thinking "power through" motivational stuff out there.
Once you've discharged your emotional attachment to the negatives, they no longer have any hold over you.
It's the power of negative thinking!
In this VLOG, I carry out a very quick tapping routine, before heading outside to do an Insanity MAX30 Sweat Intervals workout.
When you watch the tapping I do, it seems almost silly. However, I was feeling subtle energetic shifts the whole way through.
I then come back after the workout and you can hear what effect this simple, silly tapping had on my ability and staying power during it.
The best of all, was that it completely changed my breathing. Normally, this limits what I can do while exercising, but today it was much more flowing and relaxed, so I was limited by my muscles, rather than any breathlessness.
A big improvement!
And you'll find out about the other improvements towards the end of the vid.
I was quite surprised at some of what happened!
I'll do some more focused tapping on specific health and fitness issues in upcoming VLOGs. For now, if you'd like to find out more about EFT tapping, check out my earlier posts, such as - https://steemit.com/health/@eftnow/1a3rn1j0
And, if you can't see that for whatever reason, here is my webpage with Tapping information and guidance - https://eftnow.co.uk/eft/
Today, tapping was amazing for me in just getting that little bit extra out of my workout. I hope you try it and see what it does for you.
Wishing you abundant health and fitness success!

Wow very interesting I didn't know about tapping :)
It's been amazing in my life. The ultimate block buster!
To be limited by your muscles rather than your breathing is a HUGE leap forward, Sam!! Awesome content. The fitness freaks (yep - I confess!) LOVE to see other people lacing up and hitting their stride. Yay you.
Yes, it felt great and the really interesting thing is that my breathing has deeply transformed. Not just through being fitter, but also more of a sense of space. I wonder what I hit on with the tapping that caused that significant shift. It did just seem like a really light routine, but something moved.
I like to see you with the smile on your lips ... brother, congratulations
Thanks - much appreciated. I'm really enjoying this journey.
Really cool to see this here, I've tried EFT before and had a great experience, I don't do it regularly nowadays, but interesting to see how it's helped you with your workouts, I might try it out too now!
I'm also doing a beachbody workout at the mo, so very cool to hear you're doing Insanity, I did T25 for a bit, but I'm on 21 Day fix right now :)
Whereabouts in the UK are you? There are 2 UK steemit events coming up very soon, would be really cool to meet you in either of them! 7th April - SteemcampUK in Birmingham and 14th April - London Cryptocurrency Show
Hey @redrica. I definitely recommend it. That tapping routine seemed so lightweight compared to what I normally do, but it had some excellent effects.
Hope your workouts are going well!
I would absolutely have loved to have gone to one or both of those events. However, I am in Spain. We have quite a good Steemit community in my little area (The Alpujarras) and hopefully I'll be posting from a meet-up soon.
I'll be in the UK in the summer, so if there are any events in July that you know of, I'd love to hear about them.
@ginabot just notified me that you're following me. You might be interested to know that I have Gene Montrasellif of http://www.tappingqanda.com coming on my podcast next week. Coincidental?
Thanks for getting in touch - looks like we have some things in common. Is your podcast on DSound or somewhere else?
I do use Dsound to upload it after the live stream, but they delete the files after a while. I'll be sure to tag you in the pre-show post next week as a reminder. Keep up the good work here.
