Welcome to day two of this series about the many areas that you can explore in order to create a more healthy and vibrant life.

Today, we are focusing on the area which, for many people, represents the beginning and end of health and fitness.

The Physical Body

Of course, this is an important aspect. Personally, I’m very grateful that I’m taking part in the @dtubefitness community and am getting great results.

However, if you are only focused on the physical, it can cause many problems.

Many people end up trying to stick to extreme regimes and these just aren’t sustainable in the long term.
This can mean that, even if you see results in the short term, they don’t stick.

Ever heard of Yo-Yo Dieting for example?

Also, the physical effects of feeling deprived – not having something that you used to enjoy now and then, can even be worse for you than having that pizza or glass of wine.

I explain why in this vlog.

In the case of physical or mental health symptoms, the physical aspects are important. There are also emotional and energetic aspects that need to be resolved and if the specific root causes are’nt resolved, symptoms may return in the future.

This is simple yet powerful advice @eftnow. I like how you're doing this series. I agree that you can enjoy things in moderation, in order to get great long term physical results, you need to be in a great mental and emotional state. I'm gonna check out your Tibetan recommendation. Thanks for these great, succinct posts, keep em coming!

Nice post, Sam. Balance in the physical body is a life-long quest for many. And it is sooo important to be able to create a stable base for the other pillars of health and vitality. Keep doing it. Awesome content.

You have a minor grammatical mistake in the following sentence:

It should be in the long run instead of in the long term.
