Time to Rock and B-roll (Daily vlog #48)

Here we are, 2 days away from the 50 vlog milestone! It's time to bring new ideas to the table!
I've been inspired a lot lately by my fellow Dtubedaily members in the way they create videos. Of course I enjoy the rawness of daily vlogging, but I enjoy the idea of making a story out of my video work.
As you can all probably tell I still have a lot to learn in creating video content, but it's all coming along at a speed which I can manage and put my focus into, I'm not putting any unnecessary pressure on myself to 'keep up'. I'm not a film maker of course, I admire those who are but I'm not there yet, there's hours and hours of practice to be put in first.
But I'm staying true to my ability and having a great time along the way. I'm enjoying so many great creators here on Dtube, and certain things about their amazing content is keeping me hungry to keep learning this skill.
One thing that has been catching my eye recently is 'B-roll' which is a way of creating character within a video, ading details and a feel of story into video just enchances how it works in the eye of the viewer, and I'm going to work on it more from now. Giving you guys a little taste of what is around me in day to day life, although there might be more coffee scenes than anything else, I think it just adds something more than just my face on camera.
Recent inspirations have come from @spenceryan who is killing it right now and actually giving some great tips to people like me and new/existing users looking to up their game.
Also, @liveyourdream is developing his skills at an amazing rate, this guy is pushing me to keep learning more and more!
Anyway Steemian and Dtubers, that's it from me today, I haven't had much time free over the last couple of days but don't worry, the videos will be improving in time to smash through the 50 vlog milestone next week, stay tuned!

Yeh Tim you should definitely go for it. Looking super smooth on camera now so it's time to take things to the next level! Maybe some more different locations would be good too, nothing wrong with the car but there's not much to look at in the background.
You’re totally right, I’ve been thinking along the exact same lines as you just mentioned, I’d love to vlog out of a coffee shop or in the outdoors, weather permitting of course. But it’s on the cards for sure! It’s jsut working around free time and such at the moment. Thanks for the encouragement, I appreciate you keeping up.

Thanks for being an inspiration. I can’t wait to see it! Yeah, I also had that feeling sometimes like “Oh no I should make a video today...” although I wasn’t in the modd for it and had no idea what topic to talk about.
And then I made something which I wasn’t satisfied with and which still costed me a lot of time so I decided to not do this anymore. I am now using this free time on days not making video for “theory”. Like learning new stuff, watching other pros to get some inspirationwhich I then can implement on my video the next day.
I know this daily challenge is your thing which I didn’t actually start with and I didn’t mean to disturb you. I know it has another meaning for you.
