Daily Vlog Announcement: New Upload Time
Dear Steemians,
In January I did a small experiment in which I compared Facebook, YouTube and DTube to each other. In the end, I concluded that DTube was something I was willing to invest in, meaning that I would be making exclusive platform based content, instead of just uploading my YouTube videos on DTube.
That's why I decided to do a #dtubedaily, which isn't necessarily a traditional daily vlog, but does mean uploading videos on a daily basis. For now (in case yo missed them), there have been 3 JeanlucSR Episodes, which can be found below:

I had a lot of fun making them and am looking forward to making more. However, I'm constantly releasing the videos in some sort of dead zone because of my current work schedule. So, I'm changing it up and will be posting during day time :).
Next video will be up Friday afternoon.

I've been wondering about this as well. Is there any reason you wouldn't also upload to YouTube? Also what time of day do you find is best to release your videos?
Good questions @jeff3. Don't know the real answers, but I'll share my opinion. I think duplicate content is the main issue at hand. Secondly (especially for the bigger Youtubers), duplicate earnings as well, which feels a bit like trying to have it both ways.
Time of the day really depends. There have been some articles about posting between certain times on certain days, but hey, if everybody posts then, it would clog up the news feed. For me the problem is that by the time I'm done editing and uploading for the day, its past midnight on US east coast/South America and still early morning in Europe/Africa. For the Asian timezone it would maybe work, but for me it really feels I'm posting at the middle of the night.
Hey brother, congratulations on the decision. I think if you have a good data you should make a post out of your experiment. I am sure more people would love to see your results.
