Same here.. I've uploaded the video with MP4 and snap was automatically taken. but errors come up. what'd be the problem? T_T
Same here @wof. I uploaded my entire video, added a snap and then after the upload finished I hit submit, but all I get is "Error Please upload a snap picture" So frustrating!
