Road to 100000 Steem Power Day 83
This is my journey towards 100000 Steem Power Day 83 with no prior investments! Meaning I started on Steem with 0 account value!). I am a very dedicated individual and I want you guys to be a part of my journey to get you motivated and to learn from my mistakes!
Besides my daily description of what I did to reach that goal today, I will also use this as a "journal" to keep track of my other personal goals.

What I did Today to Reach my Goal
Today I recorded and posted a video and article about the "resteem, comment, follow, upvote" epidemics which you can read HERE. The video only version is below this text.
Training - Reach 90KG with 12% Bodyfat by July 2018
I am not done working out today. Todays workout will be very late. It will be a back workout at home.
Berserkers
Nothing much was going on today. A handful of people joined the server today and we are now at 44 people on the server.
Furthermore, I had a great discussion with @Flauwy which always results in more knowledge aka more cash. I am glad that he joined my server.

Woke up at 08:00 with a nice trick. If you have Modafinil and you need to fix your sleeping routine this could work for you.
Put a cup of coffee next to your bed and the Modafinil tab. Now set the alarm to 05:00, 06:15, 06:30, 06:45 and 07:00.
When the alarm goes off at 05:00 you drink the coffee and the Modafinil tab and get back to sleep. When the alarm rings you will probably be awake or unable to sleep. Both are what you want.
Besides that I really like the outdoor videos, the quality and background are so much better!

Here is a great video with the sounds of the forest, it helps to fall asleep and get rid of obsessive thoughts before going to bed. Modafinil, is this medicine? we have it banned, but judging by the reviews it charges a good energy and helps to concentrate on the tasks, but bad for sleep.
Today was one of many days, but there is nothing wrong with that, but on the contrary, thank you.
Modafinil is medicine for narcolepsy.
What effect do you have after taking it?
Less fatigue, slight tunnel vision.
I was not able to experience it, because of the ban. but I have read that it is in the West use students, scientists, military pilots.The only available analog is Phenotropil, the effect is similar but not the same.
