Srsly? This was once upon a time the Latvian Consulate? It's not at all what I'd have expected. But then, I don't have a lot of experience with government facilities -- especially those without a huge base of taxpayer money to spend on their digs. (BTW, the US Gov't has way too damn much money. And apparently it's biased my perspective.)

Very nice excursion. I enjoyed this one -- too.
