So the kids and I spent the day at the water park today trying to stay cool! But I did manage to make this cobbler as promised! I hope you enjoy!!
Recipe taken from The Pioneer Woman cookbook
Patsy's Blackberry Cobbler
Preheat oven to 350 F
1 cup cane sugar
1 cup self rising flour (all purpose flour with 1 1/2 tsp baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt)
1 cup milk
1 stick melted butter
whisk together and put in greased pie plate.
Add 2 cups blackberries (blueberries, raspberries, etc)
Top with 1/4 cup cane sugar
Put in oven for 1 hour (10 minutes before time is up, add 1 TBS cane sugar)
Top with whip cream or ice cream for a special treat!
