This is an easy, quick and delicious smoked salmon dip recipe.
The smoked salmon really makes this dip rich and decadent. The smoked salmon dip is a great appetizer served with vegetables, crackers or bread sticks. It is also good as lunch or dinner served in lettuce wraps, over a salad or even in a sandwich. Enjoy.

How to Make Creamy Smoked Salmon Dip

INGREDIENTS:
1/4 to 1/2 pound smoked salmon - flaked
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. chopped capers
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 tbsp. minced red onions
zest of one lemon
salt and white pepper to taste

In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except
the smoked salmon. Mix well.
Add smoked salmon and fold in gently.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
Enjoy.
