I recorded the @steemhunt top10 today before I did my vlog, I wanted to take a bit of time and breath into the vlog today and be as honest and sincere as possible. I wrote a post this morning about change and momentum and also about reading a report about loneliness which then brought back my original intentions from a video collaborative expression from eight months ago.

Eight darn months.

I feel like I’ve let myself down a little there and could have done a lot more to move that on. I’m being kind to myself however because in that eight month, dayle was here for six of them and I wanted to spend quality time with my partner — some projects should never get in the way of the love you share in life.

that being said I had to iterate mentally to the person I am today, that is one that rebound his focus and determination and passion again for making and video, who stepped through and upgraded kit where I can so I can play in the same ball pit as the other video kids doing their thing — you see even thou we don’t focus on it, the quality of how you present information is just as important as the information, offering a quality product brings attention.

It’s something I’m working on each and everyday — later today I’ll be recording my first video with a better camera at 60 fps, something I’ve wanted to do for a while and I know it’s gonna make the @steemhunt and @dtube videos better but also my course better — knowing I’ve covered those bases means I can focus in on what I want to say again.

I really really want to get to mocking up those interfaces and hopefully getting some help and advice from gurus on here who deal with utopia.io because I’d really like to build some open source projects with the help of some coders out there — heck I’ve gotta learn the tools to make the concept too so expect a bunch of live streaming as I try and find my feet there (I’m thinking of streaming that on @dlive would you be interested in that?)

I’m also really close to pulling the trigger on the ‘outside’ IRL viewport, it’s gonna require some bluetooth trickery, applications for remote control, long leads and a base for my hammock but I think I can pull it off — it’s probably gonna be a morning segment and depending on the weather of the day a break after all the video recording — call it live streaming meditation and time out together (I will of course be accepting beer donations if you wanna turn that day into something else)

But yeah, right now — my mind is in INCLUSION mode — I can feel the momentum building inside of me because I know that’s what I’m good at, I’m a connector and a disrupter but I realised in recent months that disrupter part can be used for good.

I had kinda written it off that the connector was for the good people to meet good people and the disrupter side to be in some ways BAD, to disrupt stealthily things that were bad that SHOULD be better. I’ve realised the error of my ways and started to use these together.

I’m really enjoying daily vlogging again, thank you to @dtube for the support I’ve been getting every so often, it really means the world to me and I’m going to do so much good with it — the recordings of the next course start this afternoon and I briefly discuss the amount of videos I’ve got to record over the coming weeks (it’s a lot!)

Btw, this popped up on my radar today, it’s worth debating, maybe I’ll talk about that later on once I have the new camera system setup.
