what we need more on the steem blockchain, identifying what our ethics are, props to @tibfox for putting his line in the sand!
I’m not normally one to get involved in back and forth point scoring mental masterbation on immutable blockchains but I felt moved by the authentic content that @tibfox put out this morning — additional +10 points of ethics and authentic media making on show this morning by tibby and I have a lot of time for it.
Technology is great but the people who are behind the stuff, that’s the reason to make relationships, are you on the same life journey, are the people you trust with your time and attention people you would hang oround with in real life, are they honest, ethical and straight talking people or are they middlemen in grey suits just flipping their gas sales jobs to build power and continue the lack of transparency of how their STEEM bag is actually used — remember, the rats had to rush out to every corner when they exploited the last market place, let’s not make the same mistakes of trusting literally false prophets (profits?)
Do your own personally due diligence on the teams you work for, what app you support what companies you spend time in their discord with, are they building out something that can unite people or are they just trying to get to the top of their power tree?
Never forget that we got away from centralised systems to refactor and reform away from these hoodwinking power plays, don’t let the middleman back in again just so they can pyramid power scheme you with wolf in sheep clothing techniques — self govern, build here, build your dreams, find your internal power, concentrate on that, expand and learn and be the best self without taking or listening to shortcuts that will only work for the system and not us, don’t let the oracles be shiny suits but matrix black women with decades of compassionate knowledge instead!

it is maybe better but it is quitter (i have no idea is it spelled like that :) ) i had to listen to it at 100% on my PC and for most sounds i don't go over 50%
