Age Of Empires II Definitive Edition Review
Hey, decided not to create yet another account on Steem, so i'll be uploading some of my gaming content that i have made. So today we will be talking about a PC Gaming Classic a true RTS game that changed meaning of the genre - Age Of Empires 2: Definitive Edition
Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition celebrates the 20th anniversary of one of the most popular strategy games ever with stunning 4K Ultra HD graphics, a new and fully remastered soundtrack, and brand-new content, “The Last Khans” with 3 new campaigns and 4 new civilizations.
It's definitely a good deal for its price of 19,99$ since it offers so many hours of gameplay. You get also all previous expansions in one pack with HD & 4K Support. Quality of live improvements on the game, camera, units and even the AI has been revamped.
Most underwhelming aspect of the game probably is the new campaigns that failed to capture me on storytelling format or in general (fun to play) manner. But for true hardcore fans they might enjoy the challenge of higher difficulties or replaying old campaigns again with remastered soundtrack (which sounds pretty great) and new graphics.

As a young kid growing with this game, Starcraft and Warcraft, Age of Empires in my head its spelling simple: AOE 😂
It seems an interesting and attractive game. I love strategy games. Too bad I can't buy it. Good post, Cheers @sugitv

AoE II is a walk down the memory lane and while it is definitely a nostalgia churner, I do hope to see the next title in the series, AoE IV focusing on the campaign part of the game. What truly made Age of Empire an epic game is the campaign. AoE II's historical campaign and AoE III's fictional campaign were both amazingly well written and thoroughly enjoyable through and through. I do hope that will be entreated with similar experience in the coming title.
