But the gist is: I am jumping into the river for cold therapy, a new commitment I'm adding into my Mental Health practice. I am posting clips of myself doing this and posting it on Social Media to help raise awareness for Mental Health, and also Steem and Crypto.

Soon I will be taking suggestions and donations in Crypto!


The plan is:

Every day at approximately 8am GMT, I will be posting a clip of me jumping into River Thames on Twitter and Instagram

What I wear and do before I jump in, will differ every day, and will most likely be a bit kooky.

I will usually only post a clip on Twitter, and will post the full video on Dtube and Youtube.

Why you should take COLD SHOWERS

  1. They suck. And doing things that suck everyday will help build your resilience.

  2. Cold exposure has multiple health benefits

  3. They allow you to practice getting control of your mind

Wow respect!!! Let me know how it goes for you, and check the Wim Hof Method's way of doing it ;)

Cold therapy is really good for overall body inflammation. I jumped into lake michigan when the water was 30 degrees a bit after a hip surgery. It was better than any nsaid or pain medication.

Wow that's cool! I'm still getting to know all the health benefits of cold therapy.. I've been doing it as part of my mental health practice, and really enjoying it so far. Hope your hip's better now :)
