Well, because of tribes there is chance of extra rewards and make steem life easy for everyone but still now from marketing sector, I personally feel steem is behind and on that sector we should focus. Plus it's necessary to make newbies realize that what they are getting and what steem is. I feel like steem needs to develop their marketing sector so that people feel interest to work here automatically
