You are one of the smartest people I know and I'm positive if you put your mind to it you will rise to the top once again. Like you said, we are fully responsible for our actions and the fact that you acknowledge it says alot about you. It's just one of those low moments in life really, nothing lasts forever, if anything, this will probably make you stronger. We are growing mostly when something bad happens in our life. And we should feel fine with the fact - that sh!tty things will happen. This is a way to go through sh!t even easier and make it usable for our self.

Way to show some vulnerability, takes guts! Also the way you are owning your mistakes and taking responsibility for your actions is exactly what you need to do to grow from this, but you know this! I didn't think this way until my late 20's, and you will notice there are so many adults out there that never do learn the importance of owning your mistakes. Best of luck in this time of transition, but I think you'll emerge a better version of yourself!
Good for you man. Reality can be a real bitch. The balance is difficult. Sports, Movies, Games are all successful is because people are escaping reality. You have realized your faults you are confronting them, you will be just fine brother. Great video, I appreciate you being real!
