First off I think I heard the limit for the time being is 150mb, but I may be wrong. Second and super important, always use Handbrake to compress before upload (even on YT). I use it every time for years. Knocks the files to about a third of the original. https://handbrake.fr/
I got as low as 290mb - which I suppose is pretty big still. I can't decide if I need to encode it differently.
