30 Day Challenge: No Meat
My experience after completing 30 days without meat!
I never thought I would be someone who would give up meat for any reason, not only because I love it but also because I have an extremely limited diet or as I am commonly referred to as "a picky eater". I figured going without meat would be nearly impossible because I have never really liked vegetables, but it wasn't nearly as hard as I expected, even for a picky eater like me!
I honestly just did this as an experiment to see if it would help some of my stomach issues, and to see if I felt better or worse in any way. I like to test myself with challenges to see what my body says and to see if i can handle it, and to be honest I liked this challenge more than I ever could have anticipated.
