DTUBE: Error While Submitting to Block Chain? Fix Included

Fix for Error Submitting to Block Chain Error at Dtube

Notice error message in bottom right.  So I was sitting here trying to submit a video over and over, was frustrating.  The fix was simply to logoff then log back in.  The keep me logged in feature was the problem.

Simply logged off then logged back on using steam connect.  Fixed.

Just in case you run into same problem :)
