If you view the chart below you'll see the red line trying to pinpoint the current actual value of neo and strong support level. If we can get a dip to the 140.00 level I think it's a strong buy place and worst case situation price slips to 115.00-120.00 level. Even if it hits that low you can see it has a tendency to bounce back strong.

Next, the Chinese New Year is coming on Friday Feb. 16th That is like Christmas in the United States. You can be sure that people will have extra money to spend. NEO is known as the Chinese ethereum and while this might be a small factor, everything helps to predict a price increase.
Currently I'm holding ethereum and of course STEEM power. If NEO price goes to 138-140.00 I'm gonna buy and give this a run.
