Hello from South Louisiana!
I'm always excited when I find a plant that has substance. The Florida Hedgenettle (Stachys Floridana) has a secret treasure entwined in it's roots!
The Fleabane isn't much eating but it does have some neuroprotective health benefits and it's another plentiful plant covering fields and lining roads --just make sure you don't eat plants on busy roads or that have been sprayed by herbicides.
