Voter fraud does exist in pockets of the country. In major cities, for instance. Just ask the ghost of Mayor Daley. It also exists in rural areas that are exclusively controlled by party bosses. Ask the ghost of Landslide Lyndon Johnson (who benefited from major voter fraud in the Rio Grande Valley in his first successful Senate campaign).
