Heyo, thanks for the kind words. The dtube watermark only shows up in the "feed" of steemit.
On dtube and the actual post itself, it is removed.
if you want to upload the original photo onto your post, just go into the editor and delete the < img> and add you're on on it. It takes a while to understand but just play around with the html source and you should be able to do it soon enough!
That's some good patter there. I feel reasonably comfortable in front of the camera, which surprised me. I'll be using my iPhone pretty much exclusively. I'm five days in and enjoying it.

I'm REALLY sick of people thinking they need expensive gear to get their message out. You get the gear after you get enough of a following and funds. The message is the main thing! That and confidence!

That’s so true. And even some of the pros are vlogging with their phones. You don’t need fancy gear for thousands of dollars. Everything you need it some knowledge about what’s important and what you can do with the raw material you have. And of course a core message which you want to share.

That's what it's all about!
So true! You are hitting on a very deep topic here about super genuine content which is highly in demand. Everyone tries to do cuts and background music. Or just leave out truly being vulnerable. It creates more trust when it's more relateable. And there is so much stuff you could talk about! Also you can do more videos if you learn 1 take shots. I have done thousands of 1 take shots on YouTube and it has worked amazing since it's highly in demand. Also you discover more how abundant you are! Others will think you are superman!
Another good thing is to try to feature others and talk about others as much as possible. Since you increase the value of both channels at the same time your brand and someone else brand. And can connect two follower accounts fast! Give 10X in value return! Get to the point fast! Smartphone cameras are getting so good these days that many times you dont need more advanced cameras. Unless you have millions of followers of course. Really key to give lots of value when you spend time creating something so you dont waste anybodys time!
Silence can also work amazing! Silence can be value in a video! Since you show that you pay respect to the present moment! Something we all have to become better at! Really nice apartment view you got going. Nice to see your last vlogs have worked out amazing in terms of community support! Got some nice thumbnail action also going with those colour fonts haha!

I do both YouTube and DTube for now! But I will have to see how 2018 goes if Steemit goes to the moon then it may be all-in here and forget YouTube a bit. I hope Steemit gets to the moon! In Blockchain I trust! 😲 Since I have 1.1 million YT followers I don't wanna abandon them so fast! But convert them to DTube if it works out the best aaah yes!! Haha. 😏
Core issue with the other platforms is people have no incentive to behave well! Here on Steemit you have incentive since behave poorly would risk your reputation. Also people take things for granted on YouTube and have little gratitude which makes the platform hard to create a community on. Everything is so anonymous and stranger feeling that it's creepy. The comment system is a disaster!
