Thank you for all of the great info and atmosphere you bring with each video. I'm trying to learn from each time I try keto and fail but it really helps to see others journey's as well. Keep up all the great work and Matt I look forward to that crypto currency stuff that's coming.
I 100% agree. In the 6 months that I’ve been doing keto, I’ve learned to listen to my body. I do IF, but if I’m hungry before 12:00, I eat. I also don’t deprive myself of things my body craves. I hdon’t eat carbs, but I do chew gum and other things.
