Hello guys, if you have this machines in the gym, highly recommending to use it, will be good for both male and female.
Kickbacks on this machine will be perfect for strengthening lower body, hips, gluts, hamstrings.
For guys little tip - never skip leg day. First of all it is important to have strong balanced body, it will looks proportional, but also, training lower body - promoting boosting natural hormones, including testosterone for males. Plus, believe me or not training lower body will be something, what will help to grow in upper body too.

Leg days are always so brutal why!!?

Large muscle group takes a lot of effort to work it, huge energy consuming thing

Number one rule: Always skip leg day for arm day
